    How To Use

    • Before connecting Oleocon Flat Face Quick Couplings, clean the mating surfaces thoroughly, in order to prevent contaminants to enter into the system.
    • Align the male and female couplings with each other and push to connect.
    • Please make sure that the male and female couplings are aligned properly and keep in mind that if one of the couplings is fixed, the other must be mobile enough to tolerate leakage and to achieve proper connection.
    • Position the safety lock by turning the outer socket, in order to prevent accidental disconnection.
    • To disconnect, turn the outer socket to its original position and pull back.

     

    Points To Consider

    • Connection and disconnection under dynamic pressure is not allowed.
    • Connection and disconnection is not allowed when the temperature of the circulating fluid is above 80°C / 176°F.
    • Make sure the system pressure is below the maximum working pressure.
    • Please ensure that the OLEOCON product you have chosen is compatible with the temperature, material, and pressure requirements of your system.
