OLEOCON’s products are not the only factor influencing how our audience perceives us—our communication style plays a significant role as well. To effectively convey our values, maintaining consistency over time is essential.

The primary purpose of our brand identity is to enhance the quality of our communication and protect the integrity of our brand by adhering to a set of guidelines. Therefore, all communication and marketing materials must be submitted for approval by OLEOCON before publication. Whether in video, web, print, or any other format, all materials must reflect the professionalism and values of our brand.

Important Note:

Approval from OLEOCON must always be obtained before any materials are published. Concepts, design ideas, or drafts must be submitted in advance via email, allowing a minimum of one workweek for a response from the headquarters. A lack of timely response from OLEOCON does not imply automatic approval for the proposed materials. OLEOCON reserves the right to review and analyze all completed or in-progress communication materials. All files must be reviewed for final validation before publication.
